I felt extremely embarrassed about the discolouration and uneven surface (caused by deterioration of enamel) of my upper front teeth which really affected my confidence when smiling / in conversation, as I felt people's eye contact was drawn to them.

Dr Sawhney kindly recommended a treatment plan, suited to my needs and spent time ensuring that I understood all aspects of the treatment process from start to finish before treatment commenced. He also provided me with a treatment document explaining everything we had discussed. During the treatment process, Dr Sawhney and his team always ensured that I felt comfortable and happy with every step, always asking whether I had any questions or concerns, which made me feel valued and relaxed. We had regular appointments and telephone contact throughout and they were always very accommodating, kind and friendly.

We started with a whitening programme followed by reconstruction of the surfaces of the upper six front teeth. Dr Sawhney also lengthened the teeth to add youth to my face (as they had become shortened over time from my strong bite and tendency to grind my teeth when asleep). Dr Sawhney took photographs pre, during and post treatment so that I could see the results at each stage and he also made a mould of my teeth. This he used to create a separate mould to show his intended work, ensuring I was happy with the result and he used this new mould to also make a mouth guard to protect the teeth at night.

I was amazed at how professional the end result looked as the new surface was smooth, white and looked so natural! I feel that the added length also makes me look younger and is in better proportion to my face and smile. I now feel so confident and proud of my new smile and I cannot begin to thank Dr Sawhney enough for his brilliant, professional work ethic as well as all the kindness he has shown to me.

Bimesh Sawhney is a dentist I was lucky enough to have for about 2 years. I am so sorry he has left the dental practice I attend as he is the best dentist I have had for at least 15 years.

Bimesh was totally professional and friendly at every visit making me feel at ease immediately. He was willing to take the time to talk to me in detail about my treatment and explained procedures clearly which gave me confidence. It isn't particularly pleasant having dental treatment but Bimesh always made sure I was comfortable and I felt he was giving me the best possible attention at all times.
